Understanding the MovieCard

What is the MovieCard?
The MovieCard is the identification card for Cameroonian cinematographers. It is also a payment card that can be used on all websites and partner areas. It is an individual and personalized card which bears:
1- The name and surname of the holder,
2- His picture,
3- And his identification number
You have to show it during all operations with MovieCard partners.

How do I open an account and get the MovieCard?
Once your form has been sent, your godfather receives an email message and an alert in his personal space, notifying him of your sponsorship request. He must then validate it so that the procedure takes its course
In case of refusal on his part, you can make a new request with another godfather.
If accepted, you can be invited by the delivery commission of the MovieCard to provide additional information. Your account is then opened, then your MovieCard produced and delivered between 15 and 30 days.
Once your account has been created, you will receive by Email and SMS your connection Identifier and your access code

What are the conditions for opening an account?
1- Been a cinematographer
2- Have a guarantor (resource person or association) of your credit.

What are the advantages?
The advantages and options of the MovieCard are:
- Benefit from certain preferential rates as cinematographers in shops and partner sites including:
    * Reduced prices (and in some cases free) during film screenings by cinematographers affiliated with programs to promote Cameroonian cinema.
    * Free consultations in partner health facilities
- Subscribe to the mutual health insurance which allows you to be partially or fully refunded
- Apply for consumption or production credit
- Transfer money for free to another account
- Make payments for goods and services in partner businesses and websites
- Make money withdrawals from partner banks and financial partners
- For producers, to make payments on the accounts of actors and technicians.
Record scheduled screenings in order to make tickets available for cinematographers.

How to access your account?
To access your account, you must first log into the https://www.mymoviecard.com website or the MovieCard application available on Playstore
Then click on CONNECT in the menu and enter the following information:

• Username (8 digits)
• Email address (The one used to make the request)

Contents of the administration panel
The administration panel informs you of the number of your godson and the number of productions (Features, Documentaries, etc.) in which you have participated. You will understand the importance of this information in the menu.
You then have the history of your last 30 transactions carried out on the account. And finally, you have the menu which includes:

• History by period
• Withdrawal request : All withdrawals are made on request and the money is returned either in cash by one of our partners or deposited on your mobile account.
• From account to account : You can transfer from your account to another account without any transfer fees
• Top-up request : You can spontaneously top up your account with one of our partners. But you can also make a top-up request via, Mobile Money, Send money, Bank transfer, Bank card, Paypal account, Bitcoin transfer or Top-up ticket

• Emergency credit : Available for all cinematographers, it varies from 5000 CFAF to 50,000 CFAF
• Production credit : Available exclusively for producers, it ranges from 500,000 CFAF to 3,000,000 CFAF
• Advance on payment: This credit is available for producers who have sold their film to a television channel and who are awaiting payment.
• Credit Refund : This menu appears only when you have an outstanding credit. It allows you to repay your credit according to the installment you have chosen.

• Production Bonus : Whenever an actor works on a movie (feature, short or series), you must ask your producer to register the movie in the system. This will allow you to benefit from the special bonus awarded to the holders of MovieCard. This bonus varies from 2000 to 10,000 CFAF
• Participate in castings and auditions

• Add an experience : This link allows you to add a movie in which you have participated.

• View my profile
• Edit my profile

• Reload now : You can top up your phone up to 5000 CFAF even if you don't have money on your account. The money will be refunded later.
• All my top-ups

• For producers : This link is displayed when you are registered as a producer. You can benefit the actors of your team from a special subsidized bonus. by MovieCard. This bonus varies according to the actor's status on a production and goes from 2000 to 10,000 CFAF. To do this, all you have to do is register your film during production and the MovieCard number of the actors acting in this production.
• For actors : The link is also displayed when you are registered as an actor. Whenever you will be working on a film (feature film, short film or series), you absolutely must ask your producer to register the movie into the system. This will allow you to benefit from the special bonus.

• Add an association

• Pay a membership

• Registered cinetographers : This option displays the list of all movieCard holders.
• Pay a film maker : The producer can make payments to the accounts of other filmmakers. No fees are charged.
• Record a screening : As a producer, if you have a screening in progress, you can record it here in order to give the possibility to other cinematographers to buy their ticket in a preferential rate or not, according to your choice.
• Manage my screenings : You can view your screenings, edit them or delete them if you want. You can also see the current payments.

• Registered cinematographers : This option allows you to display the list of all the movieCard holders.
• Organize a casting : You put available to actors a form that allows them to participate to your cast. The results remain indefinitely in your " Manage my castings " space.

• Payment solution : The MovieCard payment solution allows you to generate the html code. install on any website. 4% handling fee is taken from the total customer amount.
    - Merchant space
Only displayed if you are registered. as a merchant
• Payment solution : The MovieCard payment solution allows you to generate the html code installed on any website. 4% processing fee is taken from the total customer amount.
• Receive payment : This is a cash payment in the merchant's store. It provides the reason for payment, the amount and the account number. The customer immediately receives a code that he communicates to the merchant so that the latter confirms the payment.
NB: In all cases, the amount paid by the customer is directly transferred on the account of the merchant who can withdraw it at any time.

    - Financial partner
Only displayed if you are registered as a financial partner.

• Make a payment : The customer who comes forward to make a withdrawal must first have made a payment request.
• Receive a deposit : Unlike withdrawal, the customer does not need to complete the operation before going to the partner. However, if there is a pending request, that request will be automatically deleted
